APS is run by Lekbir Kanas. In the field, missions are supervised by Khalid Dardouchi, operations manager. Before supervising, he did the patrols, held the posts and responded to the alarms. He brings that officer's eye to every mission.

Starting out on the ground
Khalid Dardouchi starts as a multi-skilled officer at Alpes Securitas, a subsidiary of Securitas, in Annecy. Patrols, guarding, alarm response, alarm monitoring centre: he learns the trade through practice.

Leading a security company
A qualified security company manager (DESES), he founds Annecy Sécurité Privée. He runs it until 2023 and leads teams of up to 60 officers.

Fire safety expert
He successively obtains SSIAP 1, SSIAP 2 and then SSIAP 3, the highest level of fire safety qualification.

Passing on the know-how
He founds Annecy Sécurité Formation, a Qualiopi-certified training centre, where he personally teaches SSIAP and first aid courses.
